Our guide was really polite and professional. He picked us up from our hotel and dropped us back off there

They did everything for us, taking the hassle of organising transport etc away so we could just thoroughly enjoy the experience.

The whole process was easy as we were picked up and dropped off at our flat and everything was well organised.
